Default Downloadable manual
In the news area, there is a post from Leslee saying we should have downloaded the manual but I can find no link to do so. Can someone give me a pointer please?

Thanks Leslee. It wasn't clear to me that the report was in fact a manual.

The User manual is a bit out of date now but I am working on upgrading it.
